Historic Work:
We love getting to work on historic buildings here in Liverpool! This apartment complex is a converted former Victorian Power Station in Gateacre Village and was constructed over 120 years ago in 1898.
We carried out slate repairs on the main roof, replacing the broken ones with reclaimed slate to match the existing. We then cleared out all of the gully systems. At the front of the building there is a balcony with glass edging - we fitted lead details around the balcony edging to fully cover and protect it.
It was an honour to work on this building with such rich history!
