We recently completed this job on a property in West Derby.
The existing small tile roof covering was old, in bad condition, and there were a lot of leaks coming in. We removed it and replaced it with a large modern farmhouse red tile which the customer chose. We also installed a modern dry ridge system, dry verges, dry valley boards, and new lead detail.
